Sophie at Experts2care has partnered with Capital Care Group since 2017, successfully sourcing and delivering their management level talent.

Capital Care Group are a growing, independently owned, family run group with 8 Nursing Homes in their portfolio across the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Cheshire. They provide a wide range of specialist person-centred care and support services for adults and older people with a wide range of needs including EMI, nursing, residential, respite and dementia care.

The challenge: Most recently, Sophie was retained to source a Regional Manager to support their Registered Managers across the services. A detailed job and person specification were obtained upon consultation, giving us the best chance of securing the ideal candidate for the role.

The Solution: Using a multitude of resources, including our extensive Experts2care database, job boards, social media and referrals, we identified a shortlist of 3 high-quality individuals and arranged face to face interviews.

The result: An offer was made to the successful candidate, and an imminent start date has been confirmed. The whole process took 2 weeks from start to finish.
